Armando Andrade – Executive Vice President of Claims
Armando Andrade joined TheBestIRS in November 2017 as Vice President of Catastrophe Claims Operations. He has over sixteen years of experience in the property and casualty claims industry. As Vice President of Catastrophe Claims Operations, Armando is responsible for all aspects of our daily and catastrophe claims operations. With responsibility for catastrophe operations, Armando is dedicated to cultivating a pipeline of talent and continuously developing industry leaders.
Armando spent the previous sixteen years at State Farm Insurance where he held various positions. He brings a wealth of knowledge with an unmatched commitment to customer service, operational efficiencies and data-driven results. Armando is a lifelong learner who is passionate about his personal development and the development of others. Armando holds his CPCU, AIC, and ChFC designations and he is proudly serving on the Diversity Council for the CPCU Society.
Ken Wittich– Vice President of Auto Claims Operations
Ken Wittich joined TheBestIRS in January 2017 as Vice President of Auto Claims Operations. Ken has over fifteen years of experience in the auto insurance claim industry, we knew he would be a great fit for our Independent Adjusting Team! As Vice President of Auto Claims Operations, Ken oversees our auto daily and catastrophe claim services. Ken began his career as an Independent General Adjuster in April of 2000. For the past ten years, he has been the Auto Division Manager for one of the largest IA firms in the nation. His responsibilities include recruiting, marketing, training, and operation management of a variety of services including catastrophe, large loss, auto daily staffing, field appraisals, and TPA programs. Ken is I-CAR Platinum Certified as an Auto Physical Damage Appraiser and possess P&C and appraisal licenses across the nation
James Patterson– Vice President, Centralized Claims Operations
James Patterson joined TheBestIRS in April 2017 as the Vice President of Centralized Claims Operations. JP has over 19 years of experience, including 7 as a Unit Manager for one of the largest IA firms in the U.S. He has extensive experience (over 10 years) as a Catastrophe Manager and will be assisting us by overseeing the In-Office Operations for our IA Division. James has been assisting with our Auto and Property/Fire courses including training, teaching and the overall operations of each event.
Julia Naumann– Vice President of Operations
Julia joined TheBestIRS in the Fall of 2018 as Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining TheBestIRS, Julia worked for State Farm® Insurance for 19 years, where she gained extensive claims experience. Throughout her work history, Julia has worked across large and diverse organizations during times of rapid growth and change. Julia excels in the overall business functionalities of claims, project management, strategic planning, and organizational design & development. As part of TheBestIRS Leadership Team, Julia assists in creating organizational efficiencies, streamlining processes, and managing the overall operations. Julia currently has her CPCU designation and is on the CPCU Diversity Committee.
Courtney Cooke – Vice President of Business Development
Courtney Cooke began her career with TheBestIRS in the Fall of 2018 as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining the team, Courtney worked for State Farm Insurance® for more than sixteen years. During this time, she gained a wealth of knowledge regarding claims operations, most within the catastrophe claims related environment. Courtney specializes in project management, talent and leadership development, operational effectiveness, vendor relations, and quality assurance, all of which allow her to truly understand the needs of our customers. Courtney is dedicated to creating, cultivating, and retaining business relationships with clients and industry partners.
Jack Woody – Operational Claims Coordinator
Jack Woody joined TheBestIRs in June of 2019. He has nearly 25 years of claims industry experience and has been instrumental in the growth and development of many adjusters over that time frame. He has an impressive reputation in the IA community and equally extensive experience with a number of top tier carriers.
