TheBestIRS, Insurance Recruiting Specialists, was recently rated on Inavero’s 2013 Best of Staffing list for both client and talent satisfaction. This list is presented in partnership with CareerBuilder and marks a new milestone for us since less than 1% of all staffing companies in North America receive the Best of Staffing award!
TheBestIRS satisfaction scores were almost double the staffing industry average. We earned an outstanding 9 or 10 out of 10 from 80% of our talent for satisfaction ratings, which was considerably higher than the industry’s average of 17%. 85% of our clients gave us a satisfaction rating of 9 or 10 out of 10, which was over twice as high as the industry average of 39%!
President of TheBestIRS, Brad Dunlap commented: “While it was nice to read the positive remarks from both candidates and clients, our primary focus remains on areas of improvement”. Our scores showed how we compare to our competitors and peers, but we still have room for improvement.
