How is client satisfaction measured?
Inavero uses a Net Promoter Score, designed by Bain & Company and author Frederick Reicheld. It is based on a single 11-point scale survey question. Responders are broken into three categories from their score:

Promoters – respondents who answer with a 9 or 10 are most likely to promote your staffing services to others.
Passives – respondents who answer a 7 or 8 are indifferent to your staffing company.
